We are looking for an ambitious and outcome-oriented Head of Marketing to lead marketing for a new initiative, this will be focused on fresh graduates across domains. You will be responsible for building and executing the complete marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and enrollment growth for this high-impact initiative. Own marketing analytics, CAC, conversion funnels, and cost-effective scale-up. Collaborate closely with sales and operations to align messaging, timing, and targeting for maximum impact. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, market trends, and learner feedback. Requirements: 8-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience in high-volume B2C or D2C marketing targeting youth or freshers. Strong track record in digital performance marketing and lead generation at scale. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in building regional/vernacular campaigns and creator partnerships.
