Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, and networking with Travel Agents.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute outbound tours for corporate & B2C clients in the travel industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client complaints promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-15 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or institutional sales in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of b2b sales principles, including negotiation techniques and relationship building strategies.
  • Proficiency in planning and coordinating complex itineraries for large groups or organizations.
  • Experience working with various types of tour packages such as outbound tours, travel agent activities.
