Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing business clients. This role involves building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach Pitch and present products or services to business clients in a professional manner Understand client requirements and offer solutions aligned with their business goals Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote offerings Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus) 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to understand client needs and provide consultative solutions Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales technologies Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Mandatory : · Communication in Malayalam & English · Job Type: Full-time office job · Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month + Incentives · Working Days: Monday To Saturday · Working Hours: 09.30 Am to 06.30 Pm · Working Location: Pioneer Towers, Menaka, Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala 682031 · Willing to work Under Target and Sales Oriented Job · Self-quick learning is more important to this role Call/watsapp Lakshmi - 8125879033 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Malayalam (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
