Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Okhla Phase 1 Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling digital B2B solutions to SMEs and corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and contributing to TradePapaa market expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present and promote TradePapaa digital products (membership packages, lead generation tools, advertising, etc.). Understand client needs and tailor solutions to maximize customer satisfaction. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure service delivery and satisfaction. Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities. Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, operations, etc.) for smooth onboarding. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital or advertising solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling SaaS or digital marketing products. Knowledge of the B2B or e-commerce industry.
