Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for B2B sales. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes, providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include client communications, sales presentations, handling client inquiries, and training new sales team members. The role also involves coordinating with various internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and developing sales teams Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software Show more Show less
