B2B Sales Trainer

Location: Hyderabad

Language Capability: English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil Work Status: On contract (shouldn’t be working full time anywhere)

Experience:

Must Have:

- Having ground level experience of working on target based sales (preferably someone who started out as sales executive at a retail store and rose to becoming a trainer)

- Candidate should have experience of training B2B and B2C in-store retail staff (target based sales executives)

- Someone who is keen on learning new skills/domain Good to Have:

- Candidate being from a technology background is a plus, but not mandatory

- Excellent training and engagement skills

- Excellent communication skills

- High energy individual

- Eager to explore this opportunity

- Highly motivated to learn and invest efforts in knowledge building process (like visiting stores to develop deeper understanding)
