As we mark our exciting expansion into the Indian market, we are seeking dynamic and driven B2B sales professionals to be a part of our foundational team in India. Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and experienced B2B Sales professionals with a strong background in hospitality, hotels, or corporate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Prolitec’s premium scenting solutions across a variety of commercial and hospitality sectors. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the launch phase in India and shape the growth trajectory of a global brand in a new market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality, hotel chains, corporate offices, real estate, retail, healthcare, and wellness sectors. Pitch Prolitec’s ambient scenting solutions to decision-makers including general managers, facility managers, marketing heads, and procurement teams. Build and manage a strong pipeline through lead generation, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Develop proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to market development strategy. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, corporate services, or related industries. Existing network in hotels, corporate offices, or luxury real estate is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with startup-style dynamics. Willingness to travel as required.
