Key Result Areas: 1) Achieve Business Volumes 2) Working Capital Management 3) Key Account Management 4) Process Management Job Description - Achieve Business Volumes - Achieve business sales as per plan. Working Capital Management - Regular follow-up with the customer for the payment. - Control stocks and discounts to enhance contribution and improve profitability - Timely submission of all the bills and documents required for the payment processing Channel Management - Improve B2B Handling capabilities of wholesale dealers. - Appointment of New Channel Partners and managing existing channel partners effectively and efficiently. - Extract more business as per the business objectives. Key Account Management- - Manage and strengthen key accounts and drive business growth . Process Management- - Improve relationship with customers and increase enquiry base. - Ensure proper documentation and systematic maintenance of the same as required for reporting and audits. Requisite qualification: Essential: BE in any Discipline/ Graduate in any discipline Preferred: BE in any Discipline or Graduate in any discipline +MBA in Marketing Requisite work experience Two years of relevant experience in degree in engineering or 4 years of work experience in graduate in any discipline. Special skills required 1) Result Orientation with Execution Excellence 2) Customer Centricity 3) People Development and Collaboration
