Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B Sales (EdTech) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our B2B sales efforts in the EdTech sector. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients, including schools, colleges, universities, and corporate training centers, to generate new business opportunities. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored EdTech solutions. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our EdTech offerings. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to develop effective sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 0–1 years in B2B sales, preferably within the EdTech or education sector. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Negotiation and closing skills. Attributes: Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required Atleast 2 south indian languages must needed. Compensation & Benefits Salary: 7LPA per annum, based on experience and performance.
