Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and research potential business clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms. Client Engagement : Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce products/services, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with company objectives. Account Management : Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports on performance metrics.
