About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and tech-driven Senior B2B Sales Executive who can own the entire top-of-funnel lead generation process. The role includes identifying the right companies, finding key decision makers, initiating high-quality outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for the leadership team.

If you can negotiate and close deals, you will also earn an attractive variable commission.

This role requires someone who deeply understands LinkedIn-based B2B prospecting, AI-driven outreach automation, and structured sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identify high-potential companies aligned with our services across brands (StyleUAI, Cognition, MST, etc.).
  • Research CXOs and decision makers.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Limlist/Lemlist, LinkedIn Helper, Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach to source verified contacts.

2. Outreach & Automation

  • Create personalized outreach sequences.
  • Use Limnist/Lemlist, LinkedIn Helper, or AI tools to automate outreach.
  • Draft high-conversion messages for LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.

3. Manual Follow-ups & Calling

  • Make cold calls, warm calls, and follow-up calls.
  • Find phone numbers and emails using tools and research.
  • Qualify leads before scheduling meetings.

4. Meeting Setup & Pipeline Management

  • Set qualified meetings for the Founder/Leadership team.
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure meetings occur smoothly.
  • Update CRM sheets/trackers daily with clear status.

5. Negotiation & Closures (Optional)

  • Handle basic proposal discussions and negotiate when capable.
  • Earn additional variable pay for independently closed deals.

6. Reporting & Insights

  • Share weekly reports covering research, outreach, responses, calls, and meetings scheduled.
  • Suggest improvements in targeting or outreach strategy.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation/inside sales.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Limlist/Lemlist, LinkedIn Helper, etc.).
  • Strong communication and cold-calling skills.
  • High follow-up discipline and target orientation.
  • Ability to find verified emails and phone numbers efficiently.

Good to Have

  • AI-driven automation exposure.
  • Experience in SaaS, agency services, or AI products.
  • Ability to negotiate or close deals.
