Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close B2B opportunities for IT projects, networking hardware, IFPs, and projectors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, demo coordination, proposal submission & final negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, system integrators, distributors, and government institutions.
  • Conduct on-site product demos for interactive panels, projectors, and network solutions.
  • Work with technical/pre-sales team to design customized solutions for customer requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and pipeline management.
  • Maintain CRM data, follow up on quotations, and ensure timely order closures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1 – 7 years of B2B field sales experience in IT, networking, AV, or EdTech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of products like Switches, Access Points, Servers, Interactive Panels, Projectors & IT Infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct on-field demos and technical discussions with clients.
  • Proven track record of target achievement.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduation (Technical background preferred – B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc CS / BCA).
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Freshers who are willing to travel and Interested in Field Sales can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
