Job Title: B2B Corporate Sales Executive / Manager

Location: Ranchi

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key corporate accounts and decision-makers.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to drive sales.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
• Regularly track, report, and analyze sales performance against defined targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Travel across assigned regions as and when required for business meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of proven experience in B2B or Corporate Sales, preferably in [insert relevant industry if needed].
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
• Good understanding of corporate procurement and decision-making processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively when required.
