Job Title: B2B Sales Executive Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Note: Salary may vary based on experience and company policies.) Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in B2B sales or business development roles. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Gender: Open to all genders. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. Create and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing in alignment with company policies. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services. Communicate product benefits and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to meet client expectations. Provide regular feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and market trends. Time management and organizational skills.
