B2B Sales Consultant – Custom Apparel (Teelabs) Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time Industry: Custom Apparel / Corporate Branding / Uniform Solutions Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales (preferably in garments, uniforms, or branding industries) About Teelabs: Teelabs Apparel Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing custom apparel manufacturer based in Madurai, with a strong presence across India and expanding globally. We specialize in corporate T-shirts, uniforms, and promotional wear under our own premium brands – iKUKA , CotonX , and John Jr. We work with businesses, startups, schools, colleges, and event organizers to deliver high-quality customized clothing that speaks their brand. Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Consultant who can help us grow our customer base by identifying and closing opportunities with corporate clients, institutions, startups, and channel partners. You will be the face of Teelabs for new clients, helping them choose the right apparel solution based on their brand, budget, and goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B clients through various channels Understand client needs and recommend suitable apparel and branding solutions from our product range. Present proposals, close sales, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings using CRM tools. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to Teelabs’ growth in new and existing markets. Who You Are: Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate client handling (Garments / Branding industry preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a go-getter attitude. Good understanding of brand merchandising, uniforms, or promotional apparel is a plus.
