iKonsult is hiring – GTM & B2B Sales Lead (LegalTech | Online Arbitration)


📍 Mumbai | Work from Office | 5 Days a Week

What’s the role about?


You’ll help scale a fast-growing online arbitration platform — a legal-tech product that helps companies resolve disputes digitally (quickly, cost-effectively, and fully online).


We’re looking for someone who can:


🔥 Drive B2B sales from scratch

🔥 Build & execute a solid Go-To-Market motion

🔥 Research industries, map pain points & craft tailored outreach

🔥 Sell a niche legal-tech product with confidence

🔥 Expand into new geographies & unlock fresh markets

🔥 Own the full cycle from prospecting → pitching → closing


You’ll thrive here if you:


Have B2B sales experience (hunting > farming)

Have taken products from early-stage to revenue

Enjoy deep research, ICP building & persona mapping

Understand GTM basics: segmentation, targeting, messaging

Can speak to CXOs, founders & decision-makers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales experience (Hunting role).
  • Strong prospecting mindset and the ability to generate meaningful leads from networking

events

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex client escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software.
