Role Overview: An enthusiastic and dynamic professional with a strong intention to learn and grow is needed to join a highly motivated team in a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining business partnerships, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to the growth of JOP. Responsibilities: • Build New Business Partnerships: • Identify and engage potential B2B partners to expand JOP's network. • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for acquiring new partnerships. • Communication and Engagement: • Maintain regular communication with existing partners to strengthen relationships. • Keep partners engaged through updates, promotions, and relevant information. • Proposal and Contract Library Management: • Assist in the creation and management of proposals for potential partnerships. • Organise and maintain a library of contracts and proposals for easy reference. • Revenue through Partnerships & Commissions: • Facilitate and secure referral business opportunities through partners. Manage the financial aspects, including tracking revenue generated from partner referrals and ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts. Requirements: • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: • Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information and driving the conversation in our way. • Trainable and Hardworking: • Quick learner with a proactive and diligent work ethic. • CRM Experience: • Prior experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus. • Familiarity with client communication practices. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or other field. • Basic understanding of B2B partnerships and relationship management.
