Why Everyone worries about the doomsday in climate change which is expected to occur in the 2050s. However, theres one dooms day which is the reality for millions of people around the world today. Air pollution takes more than 7 Million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature child deaths occur due to air pollution in developing countries. Everyone has relied on governments or experts to solve the problem, but most solutions up until today have either been too expensive or too ineffective. Praan is an attempt to make the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for the generations to come. As a B2B Marketing Manager at Praan, you will be responsible for creating relatable content for Industries and Corporates. You will be working across Praans Filter-less Air purification systems (MKII, MKII Mini) and other B2B Products (HIVE, Carbon Capture). Your ability to manage time-driven commitments along with customer interaction and satisfaction will play a key role in supporting the company s growth and success. Your work will decide how new customers look at our company! Job Description Understand brand values, objectives, and goals to devise well-articulated communication across requirements and recommendations. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Campaign, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns Design, build, and maintain the social media presence along with necessary landing pages Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend performance based on the insights and brainstorm new creative growth strategies Ensure timely delivery of content like Blogs, Newsletter, Press releases, Case Studies, etc by coordinating with the content writer graphic designer or agencies (as and when required) Product photoshoots and videos from script to production engaging vendors Work with Distributors to ensure Brand Guidelines Participate in events, and expos and look out for sponsorship opportunities to create more brand awareness Skill Requirements 4 -6 years of experience with proven success in B2B Marketing Good command of written and verbal communication Basic level capabilities with SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, Paid Media, and Social. etc. Proven capability in developing collateral across the funnel, such as blogs, articles, one-pagers, product pitches, videos, etc. Bring exceptional people and project management skills driving multiple initiatives Highly creative with the ability to innovate new ways to generate interest and excitement among targeted audiences A Bachelors Degree in any stream or MBA (preferably in Marketing) Inquisitive, analytical, logical, and self-motivated Good to Have Experience in dealing with B2B Marketing campaigns Familiarity with Hardware Iot products for Industries Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment Praan is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, caste, gender, disability, or any other criteria.
