This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth in the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Cold Calling: o Perform cold calling to reach potential clients and generate sales leads. o Utilize provided data for outreach, if available from reliable data managers. o Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers. 2. Business Development: o Generate business through personal networks, acquaintances, and natural markets. o Develop and nurture strong client relationships to secure long-term partnerships. 3. Sales Activity: o Ensure a minimum of 2 sales calls daily to meet or exceed targets. o Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions. 4. Professionalism: o Exhibit discipline, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. o Adhere to ethical sales practices and company guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or 2 years of experience in general insurance (GI) sales. • Strong understanding of the local market and client dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
