B2B Demand Generation –( Sales Navigator, Social media, Email Marketing, Cold Calling)

VAYUZ Technologies is a 10-year-old digital transformation company helping global enterprises and startups build scalable technology solutions. We work with leading brands like Coca-Cola, Motilal Oswal, NIIT, and India Today, providing services in Product Engineering, AI Solutions, and Contract Staffing through our platforms – Pragyan AI and RAPYD.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Execution & Content

  • Collaborate with Content and Design teams to execute email and social media campaigns.
  • Create and manage email templates, newsletters, and automated outreach workflows.
  • Run A/B testing and apply AI-driven personalization for subject lines, CTAs, and copy optimization.
  • Support creation and optimization of blogs, social media posts, and landing page content.

2. CRM Hygiene & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM systems.
  • Track and monitor MQLs, SQLs, demos, pipeline value, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

3. Research & Prospecting

  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for global markets.
  • Research and segment target accounts and buyer personas including CXOs, CTOs, and HR Leaders.
  • Use AI tools for lead scoring, prioritization, and market insights.

4. Outreach & Engagement

  • Execute multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and events.
  • Support email nurturing sequences to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Continuously improve personalization, follow-ups, and engagement strategies.


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Lead Generation for IT, SaaS, or Digital Services.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Automation, and CRM tools.
  • Confident in cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
