Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have worked on SAP SD configuration, support, and enhancements, with a good understanding of sales order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on SAP SD configuration for sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management, and returns processing.
  • Handle day-to-day support issues (L2/L3), resolve incidents, and provide end-user support.
  • Assist in requirement gathering and translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Support integration with FI (revenue recognition, account determination) and MM (third-party sales, STO).
  • Participate in system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and prepare test scripts.
  • Support master data management (customer master, pricing master, output determination).
  • Prepare functional documentation FS, configuration documents, user manuals.
  • Work with ABAP team for enhancements, reports, and custom developments.
  • Assist in cutover activities, go-live support, and hypercare.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and internal controls.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in SAP SD module (implementation and/or support).
  • Strong knowledge of sales cycle processes inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, billing, returns.
  • Hands-on experience with pricing procedures, output determination, partner functions, and account determination.
  • Familiarity with IDoc/EDI processes, interfaces, and error handling (advantage).
  • Good knowledge of integration with FI and MM modules.
  • Ability to analyze issues, debug, and provide quick solutions.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • SAP SD certification (nice to have but not mandatory).
