Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Technician located in Ahmedabad. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical solar systems, (Rooftop, Ground Mounted, etc.) ensuring all electrical equipment is operational and compliant with standards. Key tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and supporting project execution activities. The position requires a hands-on approach and collaboration with project and engineering teams as necessary. Qualifications Proficiency in Solar Electrical Projects & Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and working with Electrical Equipment Min. 2 years of experience Strong knowledge of Electricity principles and Electrical Engineering concepts Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the solar energy sector or similar industries is a plus Familiarity with HT/LT connections and CEIG approval processes is advantageous
