Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedMid-Level Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience.In Java, Spring Boot,.NET C#, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Oracle. Thisrole involves rewriting existing automation processes from Java into.NET AzureFunctions, transitioning our codebase to use Azure SQL instead of Oracle, andaiding in embedding AI solutions into pre-existing React JS and mobileapplications. Additionally, the candidate will work with cloud-native PaaSresources such as Azure SQL, Service Bus, Azure Storage Accounts, Event Hubs,and Azure Data Explorer. Key Responsibilities : Rewrite Automation: Analyze and understandexisting automation processes written in Java and Spring Boot. Re-engineer andrewrite these processes into .NET Azure Functions to enhance performance andscalability. Database Transition: Refactor existing codeto replace Oracle database interactions with Azure SQL. Ensure that all dataaccess layers, queries, and stored procedures are optimized for Azure SQL. AI Integration: Collaborate with the AIteam to embed AI solutions into pre-existing React JS and mobile applications.Ensure seamless integration and functionality of AI features. Cloud PaaS Resources: Utilize Azure PaaSresources effectively, including Azure SQL, Service Bus, Azure StorageAccounts, Event Hubs, and Azure Data Explorer, to develop and deploy robustcloud-based solutions. Development and Maintenance: Develop, test,and maintain high-quality code in both Java and.NET environments. Ensure thecodebase is clean, scalable, and maintainable. Integration: Work closely withcross-functional teams to integrate various systems and services, ensuringseamless interoperability and data flow. Performance Optimization: Identify andaddress performance bottlenecks in both application and database layers.Implement best practices for code and query optimization. Documentation: Create and maintaincomprehensive technical documentation for all development and transitionactivities. Ensure all code changes and system configurations arewell-documented. Collaboration: Collaborate with projectmanagers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand projectrequirements, timelines, and deliverables. Provide technical guidance andmentorship to junior developers as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelordegree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in softwaredevelopment with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot. 2+ years of experience in.NET development,particularly with C# and Azure Functions. Proven experience with Oracle databases andSQL. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL andcloud-based database solutions. Experience with cloud-native PaaS resourcessuch as Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage Accounts, Event Hubs, and Azure DataExplorer. Strong understanding of software designpatterns, principles, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and theability to think critically and creatively. Strong communication skills, both writtenand verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as partof a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with other Azure services andtools. Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolssuch as CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of containerization technologieslike Docker and Kubernetes. Prior experience in a similar migration ormodernization project.
