Managing VNet and NSG configurations to allow connectivity between components
Set up new blob storage, VMs, and Function Apps across environments (DEV- PROD)

Monitoring and mitigating Azure Cognitive Search throttling incidents before users raise tickets

Automating cert/token renewals and monitoring them via scheduled scripts or alerts

Collaborating with Dev, and Infra teams to prepare environments for monthly releases

Usually rarely (1-2/month but we had months with none required): Supporting Saturday deployments and/or on-call during high-demand or critical periods
