Azure Data Engineer

Key Skills (Must-Have):

Azure Databricks
PySpark
Azure Synapse Analytics

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment using PySpark.
Handle incident classification, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Conduct code reviews and fix recurring/critical bugs.
Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders for issue resolution.
Collaborate with teams to deliver robust and scalable data solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in Azure Data Engineering.
Strong skills in Databricks, Synapse, ADLS Gen2, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Knowledge of file formats (JSON, Parquet) and databases (Teradata, Snowflake preferred).
Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident/change management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Power BI experience
DP-203 certification
