Job Description: Ayurveda Doctor (Female RMO) – Postnatal Care

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Ayurveda Doctor (Female RMO) to provide specialized postnatal care for new mothers. The role involves delivering holistic Ayurvedic treatments, guidance, and support to ensure physical recovery, emotional well-being, and overall health during the postpartum period.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and design individualized postnatal care plans based on Ayurvedic principles.

• Administer Ayurvedic therapies, herbal remedies, and dietary recommendations for recovery and lactation support.

• Monitor mother’s health, including physical strength, emotional balance, and immunity.

• Provide counseling on lifestyle practices, nutrition, and stress management.

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical standards.

• Educate families on Ayurvedic practices for newborn and maternal care.

Qualifications

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) or equivalent recognized qualification.

• Valid registration with the State Ayurvedic Medical Council.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in women’s health, preferably postnatal or maternal care.

• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma, and herbal formulations.

• Excellent communication and empathetic patient-handling skills.

• Female candidates only (requirement for patient comfort and cultural sensitivity).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,444.68 - ₹45,385.90 per month
