Role & responsibilities Architect, design, and implement end-to-end BI solutions tailored for the healthcare industry.Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and dashboards to track operational KPIs.Utilize Grafana for real-time data visualization, monitoring, and alerting.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and ensure data-driven decision- making.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).Optimize data pipelines, performance tuning, and database architectures for large datasets.Provide leadership in BI best practices, technology adoption, and innovation.Train and mentor junior BI professionals, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.Preferred candidate profile experience in BI architecture, data engineering, or analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.Strong knowledge of healthcare operations KPIs and experience in analysing clinical, financial, and operational data.Expertise in Grafana for monitoring, real-time analytics, and dashboard development.• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling techniques.Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and data visualization best practices.Strong understanding of cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven BI solutions is advantageous.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Perks and benefits
