Description
As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work on designing and developing microservices and backend systems using Java, with a focus on Spring Boot. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and deploying applications on AWS, implementing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing application performance, and ensuring high availability and scalability. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management, writing clean and maintainable code, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting production issues. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop microservices and backend systems using Java (Spring Boot preferred). - Build and deploy applications on AWS using services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or similar tools. - Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Monitor and troubleshoot production issues. Qualifications Required: - AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect). - Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
