Job Description

Position: AWS Data Platform Engineer (MT58FT RM 3669)

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in AWS administration and cloud infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of AWS core services (Glue, Redshift, S3, EC2 etc)
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, VPN, security groups)
  • Experience in Platform Operations Monitor platform health, performance, and costs; implement logging, alerting, and automated recovery.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts
  • Experience in implementing data security best practices (encryption, IAM, access controls).
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
