AWS Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS
• Optimize data storage using Apache Iceberg and data lake best practices
• Integrate and work with graph/vector databases for advanced analytics and retrieval use cases
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis to manage structured and in-memory datasets
• Develop serverless data processing workflows using AWS services (Lambda, Glue, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of all data processes and storage
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering with strong exposure to AWS ecosystem
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) is a plus
  

Mandatory Skills

• PostgreSQL, Redis, Apache Iceberg, Graph/ Vector Databases, AWS Cloud Platform (including AWS services like S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, EKS etc.), Language: Python or Golang
