Role & responsibilities Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to potential clients to introduce AWS & Microsoft cloud solutions. • Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant services. • Follow up with leads via calls, emails and WhatsApp. • Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested prospects. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in CRM tools. • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales or lead generation. • Excellent communication skills • Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft services (Azure, Office 365, etc.). • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive, goal-driven approach. • Good knowledge of CRM tools and data management. • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in IT services, cloud solutions, or SaaS sales. • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Office 365. • Exposure to B2B sales and corporate clients.
