Quotation Preparation: o Create detailed quotations in Excel as per customer requirements. 3. Lead Generation and Appointment Setting: o Book appointments through effective cold calling. 4. Sales Funnel Management: o Maintain and update the sales funnel to track potential leads and opportunities. 5. Database Mining: o Research and mine data from LinkedIn and other websites to identify prospects. 6. Sales Closure: o Handle the entire sales cycle from pitching the product to securing payment. 7. Marketing Support: o Prepare presentations, mailers, and advertisements to support sales campaigns. 8. Customer Relationship Management: o Address and fulfill previous customers requirements. o Manage customer complaints and connect them with the relevant department for resolution.
