Job Description: SEO/SEM Specialist (8+ Years Experience) About the Role We are seeking someone with 8+ of hands-on SEO/SEM experience , with proven success across APAC, US and UK, to join our in-house Performance Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving measurable growth in visibility, qualified traffic and conversions by building a future-ready search engine strategy that integrates SEO and SEM, while also exploring and embedding emerging practices like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI Optimization). The ideal candidate has at least 8+ years of SEO & SEM expertise in managing search engine performance across global markets, with a clear vision to organically bring our company site to page one worldwide . In parallel, they should have extensive experience running multi-platform ad campaigns to deliver high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert and contribute directly to revenue. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with business objectives across APAC, US, and UK markets. Continuously optimize the website for speed, Core Web Vitals, User Experience (UX), landing pages and mobile-first indexing to maximize organic visibility, campaigns and conversion. Create a clear path to page-one organic rankings globally through technical SEO, on-page optimization, schema, content strategies, and AI-driven search readiness. Integrate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for Google SGE, Bing Copilot, and ChatGPT Overviews. Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to optimize brand presence in AI-driven discovery. Drive AIO (AI Optimization) initiatives to capture opportunities in AI-powered search engines and platforms. Measure and report SEO performance against defined KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, MQLs, and revenue contribution) and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI. Performance Marketing & Paid Search Lead and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring alignment with KPIs and global objectives. Design and execute multi-channel paid campaigns across APAC, US and UK markets (including video campaigns on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels ), with strong ROI focus and delivering quality MQLs across funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Optimize CPC, CTR and Quality Scores while reducing CPA and increasing lead quality. Continuously A/B test ad creatives, audiences and formats (search, display, video, social) to maximize ROI and quality MQL generation. Analytics, Reporting & Tools Own keyword research, competitor benchmarking, SERP analysis and intent mapping across multiple geographies. Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and AI-based SEO/SEM platforms. Provide dashboards and reports highlighting global organic growth, CTR, CPA, CPL, MQL quality, and AI search visibility . Implement attribution models to connect SEO/SEM efforts with pipeline contribution and revenue impact . Leverage automation and AI-driven analytics to enable real-time optimization and predictive insights . Collaboration & Leadership Partner with Content, Product and Tech teams to embed SEO/AEO/GEO best practices into all digital assets. Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with local market nuances . Serve as the SEO/SEM subject-matter expert, guiding stakeholders with clear insights and influencing leadership decisions through strong communication and stakeholder management. Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search trends, and best practices across APAC, US, and UK. Key Requirements 8+ years of hands-on SEO/SEM experience with multi-regional exposure (APAC, US, UK) . Demonstrated success in building a vision and executing strategies that deliver page-one global rankings . Strong expertise in running high-performance ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital forums. Ability to deliver high-quality MQLs from both organic and paid campaigns. Proficiency in technical SEO (site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema). Advanced knowledge of attribution, funnel optimization, and lead quality measurement. Strong analytical mindset with proven command of GA4, GTM, and AI SEO/SEM tools. Up to date with the latest search algorithms, AI-driven search (AEO, GEO, SGE), and digital marketing trends . KPIs for Success Achieve page-one rankings for priority keywords in APAC, US, and UK markets within the first 6 months , driving measurable growth in organic traffic and visibility . Deliver a steady increase in high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) from both organic and paid campaigns, with clear conversion rate improvements quarter-over-quarter . Reduce CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) by at least 15–20% within the first 2 quarters , while maintaining and improving lead quality. Demonstrate tangible revenue contribution from SEO and SEM programs, directly attributable through pipeline attribution models. Successfully integrate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI Optimization) into the search and performance marketing playbook within the first 2 quarters, positioning the company as an early mover in AI-powered search visibility . Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting frameworks to track impact on traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue in real time.
