Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President - Transitions at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in managing successful transitions and transformations for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving client-focused conversations to build strong relationships with client teams and deliver valuable business outcomes. - Being accountable for revenue generation and managing AOI impact during the Transition & Transformation journey. - Leveraging global insights to innovate through internal/external intelligence and understand market realities. - Leading and managing the transformation program set up to deliver new capabilities and strategic deals. - Mentoring your team on transformation services and solutions, embracing diversity, and fostering leadership skills. - Engaging in exploratory discussions with CXO levels to understand client expectations and identify opportunities. - Developing client engagement strategies, managing expectations, and driving the utilization of digital solutions. - Ensuring SLA adherence, financial strategies, and end-to-end transformation benefit realization. - Implementing governance strategies and proactively identifying risks and solutions throughout the transformation period. Minimum qualifications required for this role include a post-graduate qualification, relevant project management experience, and knowledge of project management tools. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing multi-functional solutions, transitions, change management, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
