Experience and Qualifications: Strong communicator with proven skill to work with business users and understand business problems and laid out processes 3-8 Years TM1 Development experience Experienced with Operations and Support of TM1 instances Knowledge of Cognos TM1 v10.2/TM1 Web/TM1 Perspectives Good verbal communication skills to explain complex solutions to customers Experience of capturing requirements for complex reporting Experience of documenting requirements in formal requirements documents Confident team player who can work independently without supervision Experience working with Behaviour Based Development or Test-Driven Development Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and organisational skills Leadership and team management skills How We Work: Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
