Job Title: AVP – Credit Agreement 📍 Location: Noida 💼 Experience: 4–8 years 🕒 Shift Timing: European business hours About the Role: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong background in corporate lending and credit documentation. This role requires deep understanding and interpretation of leveraged finance credit agreements, covenant analysis, and coordination across global teams to ensure high standards of documentation and execution. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret credit agreements, with a focus on Affirmative and Negative covenants Ensure accurate documentation of corporate loan terms and structure Support memo coordination, margin grid reviews, and credit protection processes Liaise with internal stakeholders globally across legal, credit, and operations teams Track covenant compliance and escalate deviations as needed Maintain documentation trackers and ensure timely delivery of outputs Contribute to loan structuring, negotiation, and execution processes Uphold high standards of attention to detail and document accuracy Required Skills & Experience: 4–8 years of experience in corporate lending, credit operations, or loan documentation Strong understanding of leveraged finance, syndicated/bilateral loans, and covenant structures Experience working with LMA/LSTA documents (preferred) Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills Proven ability to work independently, manage timelines, and coordinate with global teams Prior experience in Investment Banks or third-party documentation support vendors preferred Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with covenant tracking tools Preferred Background: Candidates from peer investment banks or third-party vendors handling loan documentation Prior experience in credit protection processes, underwriting support, or deal execution Apply Now If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and enjoy working on high-value credit documentation processes, we’d love to hear from you.
