AVP - Test Engineer

The IT teams owning these IT systems are made up of functions that include Technical and Application production support, Business Analysis & Project Management, Development & Maintenance and Quality Control. This partnership ranges from sharing the IT workload, executing global strategy to owning global applications offshore. Position is to fulfill requirement of Senior Test Manager in ISPL GM IT Risk Staging team to lead strategy of QA deliveries with needful hands on target technical and functional skills. Will be in charge of set of QA teams to drive in line with road map from ISPL.

The role will require an accomplished Senior Test Manager covering below responsibilities -

• Contribute in identification of technical debt of application and to plan for addressing the same on time.
• Contribute towards minimizing manual testing and maximizing automation in QA deliveries and QA environment management.
