AVP – Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for complex programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards
• Design robust, scalable, and secure data architectures, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
• Map data lineage and oversee data environment setup for medium-complexity applications
• Provide integration strategy for complex systems with a solid understanding of cloud hosting and deployment models
• Champion architectural best practices and bring innovative, forward-thinking design solutions to the table
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive technology innovation
• Support full-stack technology design, with a focus on modern frontend development frameworks
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex, end-to-end technology implementations
• Strong background in data architecture, governance, and lineage mapping
• Experience in system integration and cloud-based architecture
• Deep understanding of architectural and design best practices
• Familiarity with full-stack development technologies, especially frontend frameworks
• Ability to effectively communicate technical designs to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders across business and IT domains
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in designing mobile and internet-based customer services, ideally in financial services or a regulated environment
• Certification or formal training in Enterprise/Application/Infrastructure Architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and designing solutions for cloud platforms
