AVP - Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. - Deliver high-quality software solutions by utilizing industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimized performance of the code. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and align with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, and stay informed about industry technology trends. - Adhere to secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and ensure secure software solutions. - Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Experience with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Git, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, and IntelliJ. - Highly valued skills in Karate, Kotlin, JMeter/Gatling, Testing framework pyramid, JIRA, and Confluence.
