Job Title:

AVP Presales

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
solution architecting
for insurance transformation projects using BPM & automation platforms.
Conduct workshops, process discovery sessions, and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Own
end-to-end presales activities
proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, value articulation, and client presentations.
Ensure compliance with
NAIC, HIPAA, Solvency II, GDPR
, and other insurance regulations.
Collaborate with global sales teams and clients across
US, UK, and EMEA
markets.
Support sales enablement through demos, collateral, and competitive analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Total Experience:
12+ years
Minimum 8 years
in
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
domain – global exposure is must.
Strong knowledge of
BPM tools – Appian / Pega / Camunda
.
Expertise in
presales, RFP management, solution design, and consulting
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s in Engineering / Computer Science / Business (Master’s preferred).

Preferred:

Certifications in
Appian, Pega, Six Sigma, or ITIL
.
Experience with
InsurTech
, automation, and digital transformation projects.
Ability to translate complex solutions into clear business outcomes.
