General: Strong experience in driving performance and branding campaigns, specially on Google and Programmatic Business understanding of how users/leads flow through the funnel Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of paid media campaigns to drive business outcomes Media Planning for brand and performance Campaigns Building and Leading a team Knowledge on Platforms: Google Adwords (Search, Display, Mobile App, Video) and Analytics Google Programmatic / DV360 OTT Platforms Other publishers like Times Internet, Sharechat etc Affiliates Mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch) Analytics Automation (e.g. DataStudio) Qualities: Analytical with a strong understanding of digital media Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms Supporting and mentoring team members (potential team size of 6-10 team members initially) Responsibilities: Drive strategy for large scale campaigns (typical budgets of INR 5 to 25 crores per annum per client) Build relationships with the clients and drive business outcomes from the media perspective Lead and mentor the team to Plan, execute and optimise campaigns Analyze trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to guide the team Training Media Team members on various aspects of paid media
