Job Description

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective insurer partners, serving as primary point of contact for key stakeholders and maintain proactive engagement Implement plans to deepen the existing lines of business and explore additional opportunities for other lines of business across different verticals of insurers Be the primary respondent to insurer s queries and coordinate with all concerned internally for a quick resolution and response to the same Explore areas and opportunities where Insurer needs support or is exploring new tie-ups and align the same to offer our existing solutions / work out new offerings to address the same Monitor key performance metrics related to insurer relationships, identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. On the platform solution, work with internal teams, including tech and product, to support the execution at Insurer s end and ensure successful implementation of the same Keep a keen eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance landscape, and provide actionable insights Why Should You Consider Working in this Role with ValuEnable We are a 3.7year-old well-funded and profitable, service focused insurtech venture, solving a USD 40 Bn per year customer retention problem for insurers. You will be handling interactions with multiple stakeholders such as business, technology and product teams. You can leverage the experience you already have; we promise your Opportunity to participate in ESOP Pool of an early-stage venture Bachelors degree in Business Administration; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 6 - 10 years of experience and a strong understanding of life insurance products, services Should have had Key Account Management (Bancassurance) / Distribution or Sales (B2B or Bancassurance) / Product experience of life insurance (either with a Life Insurance company or in the 3rd party products distribution team at Pvt / Foreign Banks or Leading NBFCs). Exposure to persistency / servicing team will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (CXO level). Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
