Job Description

AVP Business Development Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare Collections) Job role : - Generate and create fresh portfolios for Revenue Cycle Management vertical. - Develop and execute business development strategy and plan, both short and long range. - Understand client needs and design appropriate solutions. - Conceptualize and/or develop new product/service ideas in association with the product team to address market needs. - Demonstrate high level of integrity and knowledge of the organization. - Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business from existing accounts. - Achieve revenue and contribution targets, build credibility in the market & gain market share - Ensure comprehensive and accurate cost estimation of projects is carried out before proposals are submitted to the clients - Ensure target achievement of team members from different product & geographic domains. Candidate requirements : - Post-Graduates with 8-12 years of work experience of sales / business development experience in Revenue Cycle Management. - Customer First, ability to make positive impact on every interaction, able to understand customer needs and find a solution - Should have experience in contract negotiations and a good track record of selling solutions. - Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors products and future business plans. - Should be well networked and should have dealt/interacted successfully with leading corporate organizations and built good relationships with them. - Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills
