Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Vice President & Assistant Manager Workforce Management (AVP & AM WFM) located in Gurgaon. The AVP & AM WFM will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing workforce management processes, ensuring effective scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation. Daily tasks include monitoring real-time performance, analyzing workforce data, developing staffing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and meet business objectives. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team and ensure adherence to service levels and KPIs. Qualifications Experience in workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance monitoring Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficiency in relevant workforce management software and tools Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Experience in the customer experience (CX) industry is a plus Show more Show less
