Supervise the daily operations of the laundry plant, including washing, drying, pressing, and packaging. Manage a team of laundry staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate regular maintenance or repairs. Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies. Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are met consistently. Oversee shift schedules, attendance, and productivity of staff. Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
