Job Description

Location – Any location in India

Exp - 12-15 years.

Technical

Design, install, configure, and maintain AVEVA PI Server, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, PI Data Archive, and PI Interfaces/Connectors.Work on end-to-end PI system configuration, including data collection, storage, visualization, and analytics enablement.Integrate PI with third-party tools and external data sources (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, SQL, REST APIs, Azure Data Services).Develop and manage PI AF templates, hierarchies, and analytics for asset-based modeling and performance calculations.Support data flow between OT systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA) and IT platforms (Azure, Power BI, data lakes, etc.).Collaborate with IT, OT, and cloud teams to ensure secure and reliable data exchange across environments.Troubleshoot data acquisition, interface, and performance issues within PI and connected systems.Participate in system upgrades, patching, backup/restore, and ensure adherence to cybersecurity and governance policies.Work with Azure services such as IoT Hub, Data Factory, Synapse, or Azure Monitor for extending PI data to the cloud.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
