The company is currently developing Abiot E-Safe, an innovative on-site biomedical waste treatment system designed to make hospital waste disposal safer, more efficient, and eco-friendly. By integrating engineering, biotechnology, and environmental design, Aventiq Innovations aims to address critical challenges in healthcare waste handling while supporting regulatory compliance and sustainability goals. Role Description This is a full-time, role for a Project Manager based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating inspections, expediting processes. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project planning and delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Development & Prototyping • Drive new product concepts through design, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development. • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and prototype vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective builds. • Manage design iterations, testing, and performance validation. 2. Product Lifecycle Management • Oversee product progression across lifecycle stages: design → prototyping → production → validation → market readiness. • Coordinate with manufacturing partners on scaling prototypes into pilot production. • Engage with clinical teams and doctors for validation, usability testing, and product adoption. • Ensure alignment of product milestones with strategic business goals. 3. Regulatory, Clinical & Compliance Coordination • Support in planning and coordinating regulatory submissions and certifications. • Liaise with clinical advisors and hospitals for product testing and trials. • Prepare and manage documentation for compliance, quality, and regulatory approvals. 4. Proposal Writing & Grants • Draft research and innovation proposals for grants and funding agencies. • Identify funding opportunities and prepare high-quality applications. • Develop business cases and technical documentation to support submissions. 5. Investor & Funding Engagement • Prepare pitch decks, investor briefs, and financial projections. • Coordinate discussions with angel investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners. • Support negotiations and reporting for funding processes. 6. Cross-Functional & Administrative Responsibilities • Collaborate across R&D, business development, and external stakeholders. • Handle procurement of components, prototype parts, and vendor management. • Coordinate with legal advisors on contracts, compliance, and intellectual property. • Assist in drafting and managing patent filings and IP strategy. • Contribute to company administration, project management systems, and operational setup. Qualifications & Skills Master’s in Life Sciences, B.Pharm, B.E./B.Tech (Biotechnology, Biomedical, or related fields). Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
