Role


This role is Regional Business Manager for Customer Value Management. It reports in National Head.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, Train and Manage team of approx. 200 tele callers who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards, Upselling Credit Cards, managing merchant acquiring and Cross sell of various products to existing customers of the bank.
  • Recruit, onboard and train team of Unit managers who will run day to day operations of units.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Define and execute recruitment, training and incentive strategy across various levels.
  • Guide, coach and motivate teams across locations for improved performance.
  • Drive productivity of the team.
  • Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and GAPS for corrective actions.
  • Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respective line of business.
  • Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team
  • Work very closely with stakeholders to obtain support and guidance.
  • Closely monitor cost .Take corrective actions to keep cost under control
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy
  • Ensure Cost to Income within desired benchmark
  • Bring in best practices for right product pitch

Qualifications

Education (Post Graduate) 10+2+3

Experience 10+ years.

3-5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in contact center)
