Your role will also involve marketing, advertising, and direct communication through cold calling and telemarketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:Project Presentation: Show potential clients the real estate projects, explaining key features, benefits, and specifications to generate interest and drive sales.Sales and Booking: Be able to assist clients through the booking process and close sales effectively.Loan Process: Assist clients with loan procedures and paperwork, ensuring smooth processing of financial applications.Possession Handover: Oversee the handover of property possession to clients, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely and professional manner.Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and sales.
