Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Manager Location: India [Remote] Reports To: Owner / Marketing Director Job Overview We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager to handle our Instagram and Facebook marketing — including ad campaigns, testing, performance tracking, and coordinating with franchise staff. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and comfortable turning data into actionable marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule posts for Instagram and Facebook. Manage paid ad campaigns (boosts, A/B tests, and retargeting). Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion data to optimize results. Ad & Offer Campaigns Run test campaigns and analyze performance metrics. Track sales data linked to ads and promotions. Propose new offers, discounts, or loyalty campaigns based on performance trends. Franchise & Staff Coordination Work directly with franchise owners and local staff to roll out marketing offers. Communicate upcoming promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns. Collect photos/videos from each location for content posting. Reporting & Insights Prepare weekly reports showing ad spend, leads, and conversions. Share actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media management or paid ad marketing. Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule). Preferred Skills Experience in retail, fitness, or franchise marketing.
